Christmas was spent at the condo in Long Boat Key, FL with the Benjamin clan. It was a special trip, with much celebrating and talk about the future wedding. One night (Anna and Paul had to leave for a wedding) the kids went out to dinner and for a few cocktails. We all ended up walking home and then made Mom go over and get the car in her PJ's!
New Year's Eve was in Boston. Two of my best friends, Kristen and Colleen and their significant others made the trek to Boston for the long weekend. We walked, shopped, ate and drank our way through Boston (all nothing new for us). NYE was at Jonathan, Tim, and Eric's place. They so nicely decorated the tree and then topped it with a handle of Captain Morgan. The night was a blast, we 3 girls had the most fun of course. We ended up leaving before the boys, and the girls feel asleep 3 wide in my bed - until Eric came home and demanded to know why I had all the girls. Apparently, he thought that the air mattress in their room would be more comfortable with little Colleen than with Jonathan!
